Training

As an experienced trainer of many years, I am available to attend your offices to train your staff in advocacy techniques to improve their skills as Court Advocates, whether they are involved in criminal or civil work.

I am involved in the training of new Solicitors as Advocates, the training of probationer Police Officers in giving evidence in the Magistrates and Crown Court. 

I am available to attend schools to lecture students on their Rights and Responsibilities as Citizens or to provide specific legal guidance on any problem issues facing schools, parents or students especially those relating to drugs and the carrying of offensive weapons.

I can also assist those individuals who are looking to obtain higher rights of audience in criminal proceedings.

I have been involved in providing training for the LCCSA, the Middlesex Law Society, the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates and for the Metropolitan Police.

I am also a Trainer for Altior Training.

Agency Work

My practice is based on the Hertfordshire / London Border.

I am able, subject to availability, to undertake agency work either on a private or legally aided basis.

I can undertake Criminal work in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court, Prison law adjudications, Taxi Licence Appeals, Appeals for Door Supervisors.

The areas I cover are Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Middlesex and London.
